A modern take on heritage in Northcote Point.
This is a simple rectangle with 45 deg pitch corrugated roof full of skylights, keeping privacy from close neighbours and suppling an abundance of natural light and ventilation.
Full height glazing at both ends dramatises the small space.
A glazed office floats above the living space which extends east to west of entire lower floor.
